Born into a military family and raised in Southern California, Joshua received his B.A. from Arizona State University and his J.D. from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law. 

While in law school, Joshua was selected to participate in classes directly taught by late United States Supreme Court Justices Ruth Bader Ginsberg and Antonin Scalia. He furthered his education by accepting an invitation to study international tort, criminal and business law in Nice, France. 

In shaping his career, Joshua started as a legal assistant with the business and residential development departments of the City of San Diego City Attorney's Office. Thereafter, he broadened his experience as a litigation legal assistant defending the City of San Diego and the San Diego Police Department from government claims involving personal injury and wrongful death. 

Since 2009, Joshua has been practicing as an attorney exclusively in Arizona, and he is a member of the the Arizona State Bar. Since that time, Joshua has also been a member of the American Bar Association as well as the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association/Arizona Association for Justice.

When he’s not winning cases for clients, Joshua cherishes time with his family. Joshua and his wife Jenny wildly adore their daughter Jordi.
